The first question I usually get asked when it comes to rentals is "how much is your fee?"
My answer is: It depends.
At ERA Insite Realty Services we have plenty of no fee apartment rentals (the landlord pays the fee). There are also countless MLS rental listings, where the landlord and the tenant "chip in" so each of them pay part of the fee. Then there are "open listings" where the landlord doesn't pay any part of the fee, thus the tenant is responsible for the entire amount.
Feel free to let me know if you're open to all possible commission structures, or if you'd like to limit our search to only those apartments where you won't have to pay the entire fee. It's completely up to you.
